I'd agree on most circumstances, because they usually just do something with feet or any random part of the body.
Anything Oral is meaningless at that size, as it most other stuff. But nipple related things require quite small scale.
So Marushamo is pretty much the only exception for me.

@DarkTemplarXIII Disappointed it's not samesize honestly, I feel like anything other than even somewhat comparable in size means the sensation really wouldn't be there for at least one of them. Sadly, it seems like samesize is mostly done in Western work, which is a shame because I generally prefer Japanese artists and their writing style (once translated).
