I've found that PALs problems with quality stem from a couple things:

First, their style has always worked better with toons than with (semi-)realistic humans.

Second, most of what is put out for free is written by randos who are paying to have a comic that fits their kink. Most of these people are simply not very good at writing a porn comic. This also seems to be having a bit of a feedback effect as you have the comics that feed a couple particular kinks attracting people who like those kinks and those people commissioning their own stuff to feed those same kinks.

Well Baxtus, in her original apparition she was kind of a awkward and clumsy as stalker, so it does fit her original characterization.

They are both mice, and Dale is the designated dom for this series, so I'm guessing part 2 would be the rangers getting her back and either Dale or Gadget getting a new pet.
