e-hentai automatically rescales your pictures to fit width in order to save bandwidth. If the panels of the later short comics were arrange vertically instead of horitzontally, things should work just fine. Posting them separately would also work. But either way would require some editing work...

The sizes for these are fine (see image resolutions below each picture; eg 9580 x 1080 , they're massive); issue is as knolli stated, in that image viewers pretty much all scale down images to fit screen width; this tends to be especially the case on mobile, which, depending on the site, might serve you a re-sampled version of the file at a lower resolution.

On pc, at least, try right-clicking and selecting 'view image'; it'll be hard to read in its own way, as you have to manually scroll through the horizontal width of the picture, but it's not actually a problem with the files - just in the hard-to-read format they're in.
This is why most sequences of this type are done in, say, 5 separate images showing each stage, rather than editing them together into an unwieldly tapestry like this.
