What's curious here is all of the things she was fantasizing about what the character she might look like are what she's become.

She was thinking about:

Not gonna lie, I kinda was enjoying this more as kinky trans wish fulfillment story, but It's moved into full bizarre land and it is moving slowly enough that I've sort of checked out.
