Both appear to be from the same scan source, however this version is exported directly from the PDF source using the highest presets in the colorspace to ensure best quality in the offsets (i.e. RGB, CMYK, Greyscale) when outputting to JPEG. The end result might not be that discernible, if at all, but there you have it.
