Why not merge them into a single upload?

The sheer number of files. Because it's ongoing, there's no way to guarantee how long it'll run, and it'll probably hit the gallery file count limit. I didn't want to end up cutting it into totally arbitrary parts, so instead I just uploaded chapters exactly as they were released.

I could have merged the images into one long-running strip per chapter as with their source display, but the actual source images has them cut like this, and I believe it'd be technically expungable to do so because this is how it was released by the source.

You do understand that due to e-hentai being ancient in terms of usability, reading single chapter uploads is really fucking uncomfortable, right? You won't hit an image limit. It's not a problem other titles with many more chapters have.

At least group them in 10s, 20s or more chapters. Your releases are just as annoying as the ad guy's, just without the ads.

There's 43 images in this upload, and 9 chapters already out (with variable numbers of pages). If we assume an average of 40 pages per chapter, a maximum of 50 chapters could be posted (well, 49, because of the cover) before we'd hit the image limit on a gallery, and with webtoons that's entirely possible.

That said, while the source splits the images like this, an argument could be made for stitching the images because they're presented as a single piece, and that should satisfy the expunge police. In future, if I upload more chapters, that's probably what I'll do - putting them all into this gallery, and then all the other chapters I've uploaded will be expunged because there's a more complete version available. (The same would apply for all of my uploads in this series if someone else beat me to it - such is life in the manga category.)

I do acknowledge & agree with you that having tons of chapters like this is annoying and impacts searchability for the tags that apply to all of them; the reason I did so in the first place is aggressively abiding by exactly how the source released it, because I'm still not super familiar with exact rulings on what constitutes superior versions. I also didn't want to stitch the images without consulting someone first, and arbitrary chapter grouping is substandard for this category.
