It would be a perfect christmas present for me, if we can enjoy the 4th set of this story this year.

This preview is awesome but we're sadly not getting a release this year. Gemuo's update is something like:
"Hello, this is Gemuo. I have been a little unwell and was in hospital. Thankfully I have been discharged but I am in my usual poor state and have no idea when the next chapter will be ready (there's no hope of a 2020 release). That being said, I have somehow finished the scat version and can give you this short preview. No matter how long it takes I will complete it, so thank you for your patience. I am truly sorry about this. I hope you can wait and think something like "it's finally on sale, nice!" when it gets released."
While it's disappointing I'm glad the guy's prioritising his health over pushing this out.
