I've also obtained the source files for Takkyo-ku Chousa Nisshi 1 thanks to a kind soul who helped me out, so expect a translation of that one some time in the future. Since it is all in .html files, I'll probably upload it to my Drive along with the source files themselves. I'll update this comment again once I'm finished with that one, but since the .html files have even more text it might take me a while.

Just download the whole folder, then open the top-tr.html for the translation. I would recommend installing the Wild Words font since I used it for text when someone speaks (not necessary).
I highly recommend everyone interested in this series to read this translation as, since it's the first part, it establishes and explains the story and world it takes place in.
Also, I included the untranslated .html files with it.
