I really like this series, but I kinda prefer when it was initially the old man only. I get that these chapters are supposed to be somewhat independent of each other and the main heroine is implied being (or is supposed to be) the town bicycle so to speak, but I wish the author slowly rolled in new characters and not introduce new ones every chapter.
