That whole unable-to-defend-yourself part of the psychological conditioning is really fucked up. Even if this guy was scum, it's still too cruel and unusual a punishment to be made into the world's easiest rape victim. Even with hentai logic. The normal being-too-weak-to-fight-off-a-man-now-that-you're-a-woman trope is preferable to that. If it had been presented as a rare and unintended side-effect of the conditioning that would've been a bit more acceptable. But as it is, it's just poor writing on the part of the author. Definately going by those first two pages where he say's "she's finally back to normal" he's decided to turn the former criminal into his dead wife. Rather twisted but at least this time its happening to a genuinely unlikeable person who's still lying about their crimes.

I do agree with imaliar that taking away someones ability to defend themselves like this is a bit much. Though it does make wonder how many other rapists in hentai doujin were later subjected to this technique if you assume linked worlds.

The woman they rob in the beginning was so similar to his genderbent form (from the first two pages, before the 2 year flashback) I thought they were the same at first. Which sort of makes me think: it's very possible that the woman they rob and rape at the start is the Psychiatrists wife. It's possible she committed suicide, or died shortly after and the psychiatrist blames the two guys (obviously). Now one is in jail, and he can 'train' the other one.
