Seems to be "the original scan" of the lower one (https://e-hentai.org/g/1780359/e58fa2d6a9/); I see the same artifacts and banding in each page compared side by side. Kinda curious where the hell all these low-res conversions come from though, are they like the products of scams in pay-fourms or scribd? Even still, why make the effort to make an adequate resolution to low-res? Doesn't make any sense...

Also whoever scanned first time, thanks, but also I really suggest you get a new scanner because your banding's horrible - it's probably need of maintenance or replacement.
