Additionally, I will work on the entire tankoubon, that is, the extra pages for each story and the colored pages at the beginning. Please be patient.

I believe you must be talking about the pages after p.220. Those pages are just rough and line art of all recorded works in this tankoubon. This also got mentioned on DMM page, so this tankoubon is not incomplete.

It's not surprised some publishers selling tankoubon would also include rough&line art in tankoubon.
