Here are a couple notes about the translation:
There are some lines talking about "3 meals", it's a description of Japanese housewives, it comes from a saying that the good lifestyle of a housewife is three meals and a nap.
The talk about "compensated dating" goes back a few years where highschool girls would go out with businessmen at night as a date and would get paid for it, sometimes that included sex. They were called "JK" or JoshiKousei (highschool girls).

It's common in japanese culture to use the word papa/ mama to refer to each other as that's their role now in a family, so a mother would call their husband papa/ otou san and a father would call their wife mama/okaa san which is why it's translated that way

Yes, although according to The Japanese The Japanese Don't Know (日本人の知らない日本語), in origin it's to use the word that the youngest child (who is a language learner) uses.

Note that it's not unknown in the American Midwest either; famously Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln addressed each other this way, as do Mike Pence and his wife.

@H0R0 Many western people cannot fathom incest and i guess the publishers etc expect the former to complain so pretending that the characters would not be related genetically calms down these hypersensitive complainers...
I have seen that in some other unrelated works (for instance two witches in Sennen Sensou Aigis when it was still translated in Nutaku).
I disagree with this phenomenon of altering the story for such a reason, because well it damages the consistency, and if one is so puritan with fictional fetishes then they should not consume erotica to begin with.
