Going back and reading the first one, looking at her words and expressions, I think the "boyfriend who wont make a move on her" she was talking about was actually Anayama the whole time, the one her heart wanted. But she knew another had his heart, so she settled on just having his body. Here she is thinking if he tries to go as fast and rough with his girlfriend as he does with her, his girlfriend will get spooked off and she gets him all to herself, so when he texts her that it went well, she gives up on her heart getting Anayama and accepts her body getting the newcomer.
