Even for 2016 standards, one would expect better TBH. There is literally more setup that actual sex in there.
The drawing is decent, Sanae's expressions and behavior are rather true to how she's typically described in humorous works, but there is next to nothing to enjoy there.
It's not even explained why *Sakuya* out of all people.
