Yes, the first chapter was translated and is available at MangaDex. But after that, it was apparently abandoned.

The premise: Occasionally Transformed Multiple Students (OTMS) is a relatively common condition, but even so, many cases have gravitated to this particular school. Each student's trigger is different and personal (e.g., one when he's aroused, one when he's annoyed, one when he's hungry), as is the duration of their transformation. The dialogue by the nurse on the phone (page 37) strongly implies the condition is being induced deliberately but covertly as a social experiment.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure the acronym "OTMS" is supposed to be a pun. When it's spelled out in the text, it's "o-to-me-su", and that could be a kludgy plural or verb form of "otome" (English: "maiden" or "young lady") depending on how it's read.

Whilst i love this artist, i liked this story when it seemed like it'd be romance between the only male character that doesn't change gender and his blue haired friend.Something like Blue-Hair eventually gets stuck as a girl for exampl. It seems to have spun off them though to focus largely on other characters. Not that i mind the extra gender bender of supporting characters(especially since the transformations tend to be fairly detailed) it just seemed like it would focus on those two characters what with the 1st two chapters revolving round them.
