Translating a guro work is really a mixed bag. On one hand, you know what you're doing has value as almost no one else would bother touching the stuff. Thats fine Daremo, but nobody is blaring Guro here. Like I understand what you're saying, but also what OP is saying. You get it in Yaoi stuff too. Nobody makes anybody read anything, and you get whiny comments constantly "Waah, I'm too dumb to read tags that said this was Yaoi/Tomgirl/Guro/Scat/NTR/etc. What makes doujinshi works so great is the wide breadth of stuff that is available for everyone. You get whiners in every community but its worse in the ENG one than in JP, where most people quietly just allow people to have their own fetishes without whining. Agree overall with notrealz. Tags literally exist not just for searching but for warning people. In fact, people who cannot stop whining (and I'm not being mean, they literally wouldn't stop) is the reason Tenboro had to add an enormous warning to certain tags that alert you and make you click a button before proceeding. That page never existed before lol.

Been familiar with the artist work for a long time. Never my cup of tea and don't bother rating it since i can't objectively rate it. I like how any time someone gets defensive about gore and snuff, they always go "but what about loli". Okay, what about it? There are tons of different types, some pretty horrible, others not so much. Hell, some get off to a certain artists art style, like the way they draw the actual sex but not the fact that one of the characters is loli or something. Or someone could like midgets, or hell some might just have a size fetish for large penetration ect ect. There is lots of gray area involved. But i really don't see where the gray area is for gore and snuff. Either the thought of torture and murder gets you off or it doesn't, there really isn't many ways you can frame it to sound better.
