Also, and this isn't a complaint, but it's weird that the art teacher is as big as the blonde girl. In chapter 3, it's said that the blonde girl is a natural-born futa, but her dick grew larger during puberty; in this world, puberty sometimes causes people to become futas, so it seemed like because she was already a futa, it made her dick much larger instead. It's unclear why the art teacher's dick is so big. She's the first character in this continuity that is not student-age, and we aren't given a clear answer on when she became a futa. Was she born a futa, did she become a futa in puberty, or did she become a futa shortly before her first appearance? She seems completely naive to anything sexual in chapter 9, so it could've been recent, but that behavior doesn't rule anything out. If she became a futa in puberty, then her dick's length has no explanation other than "just because". If she's a natural-born futa too, then that suggests that natural futas normally end up with huge dicks. And if she became a futa later in life, then that abnormality might be linked to the size of her dick.

Given her age, she would've gone through puberty before futanari had any sort of societal acceptance, so no matter when she gained her dick, you can explain her ignorance. The least likely option is that her dick grew later in life, because that defies what's been said in the series so far, and it wouldn't explain why she was a vaginal virgin if she'd grown up normally. It's still possible, but it's less likely than the explanation that she was born a futa or became one in puberty, and had no sexual experience due to society making her think she was different or abnormal, which would have happened supported in-universe.

In any case, I'm really happy to see the teacher make a second appearance. I really hope both her and the blonde girl continue being the focus of the story at least for a few more chapters. Q's huge dick futas are his specialty and I always love to see them take center stage. I also like this continuity more than the Dulce Report continuity, because of the seemingly natural causes of futanarism and the general happiness of the characters.

Page two, assuming it is translated correctly, the teacher says "This has been my daily ritual EVER SINCE I GREW THIS DICK", implying that she acquired it. According to page 14, the teacher says "Becoming a third gender person is unique to everyone it might be trigged out of love or by intercourse... perhaps you might be able to trigger it yourself", which seems to sorta imply that she either fell in love with someone or had sex with someone before growing one (not enough information to judge either way, but she is shy/hesitant with masturbation in her previous comic so she may not have done intercourse), or it could just be random happenstance (of course considering how much these characters have sex around the school, it wouldn't surprise me at all if every surface is slightly stained with infectious cum).

None of this explains the large size of course, maybe as an adult that's why hers is largest and most others will get closer to that size as they age. One other thing to note is that Dulce-Q tends to... how to put it... anytime a male character becomes a futa, they very rarely are "packing" down there, so this could be a situation where the more feminine the character the larger their penis when it comes in. Super easy case in point, if you look in chapter 07 a couple turn into futas at the same time and on page 5 the girl (headband) has a larger penis than the guy (black hair).
