What a way to ruin a good ending. I thought they were in love? Why is he just fucking more girls and they seem fine with it? If the story continued to see them establish a fuck club it would be one thing but this is a weird place to stop.

The main premise was that the girls were going to chad Mayumura up from the beta he was, the love developed gradually. In the last chapter they recall that he has a manly side to him and its emphasized by rumors of this new girl being into him.
The girls love him but clearly are not posessive or wouldn't even agree to each other sharing him, they seem more interested in mayumura developing into a chad.
I mean I don't even like the idea of poligamy in real life but this new addition really doesn't feel out of character or outta nowhere.

People actually take Mayumura-kun as a beta, but he only ever seemed that way because of his speech. I haven't gotten the character pages out yet as I'm busy and getting fucked reading SnO's messy handwritten notes, but for any of those interested:

About Mayumura-kun
Mayumura-kun is a returnee child. He was born in Japan, but they moved to Canada when he was 6 years old. He returned to Japan in the middle of junior high school.
He'd speak Japanese to some extent within his family, but even so, with the time spent away from the language he couldn't communicate well with those around him.
His anxiety over this took enough of a mental toll that he'd started to develop a psychogenic stammer whenever he'd speak Japanese. After meeting the two girls, the effect has been subsiding quite a bit.

@LearnJPwithH thanks for thw background info, nothing seemed to imply that in the manga to me but maybe it's implicit when reading the raw. Are you planning to typeset the tankoubon?

If there was anything with word choice, it was subtle enough that I didn't pick up on it. There's 2 gag incidences where Mayumura uses a single Engrish word, but in reality those could be brushed off as goofing around with stuff learned in a high school language class. I didn't know about this part until I read the character pages either. There's other background info on the 2 girls that isn't ever hinted at in the story either so ¯|_(ツ)_/¯
