Not that I'm not fully supportive of backing up the absolute treasure hoard that is Giantessbooru, but I do have to ask why now? Something isn't happening to the .com website, is it?

It just looks like this user is posting a lot of siterips, including from other boorus, so my guess is they just figured any popular domain that fit certain criteria was worth backing up.

I've got siterips of almost all the boorus and some other sites but I don't have enough backups and HDDs are expensive.

I doubt I'd be able to upload everything (I have over 100TB) so I'm focusing on what would be the most appropriate and popular for e-hentai.

Some of the siterips I've uploaded have been from sites that are gone, but most aren't, I'm uploading giantessbooru.com rips because it was requested of me and it has been very popular according to gallery stats.

Out of curiosity when exactly did you rip from the site?
Several years ago they started censoring a ton of artworks, so depending on when you did this, it might've missed a lot of good stuff from the site before the mods/admins turned to cancer.

i didn't even notice that there were pages here ripped from before the admins deleted anything at a whim (well, i actually knew a few that let me see the sauces for the censored images that i linked to them with questions) but omg, some amazing stuff in here that i thought only time travel would reveal.

@iswear12 probably no earlier than 2017 at best, or more likely mid-2020, if it's earlier than than that I don't have it. I did notice a lot of gaps in my collection. Doesn't look promising, sorry.
