It's because negative emotions are strong and memorable. Its harder to make a good memorable story with good art than to make something that would draw negative emotions. Think how bad memories tend to be more deeply rooted than positive ones. The consensus is 3 to 4 times stronger. So by making stories like this they basically can put in 30% of the effort in writing and it gets an anger response out of you while theyd have to go far above and beyond to draw positive emotions from you. All they have to do is write a story about a retard woman who cucks her boyfriend then rationalizes it with non logic, that simple.

The genre and the bad writing wont go away until it doesnt draw emotions or views or responses anymore in relation to more vanilla or positive centric stuff.

That's why rather than responding so deeply and thoroughly it's the better response to scrunch your nose at it, say it sucks, then close it out.
