The twisted ending actually was really unexpected, I found it excellent because of that.
(Spoiler below)

I did want to clarify though, that when I was translating this I don't believe there was any mention of her being physically reconfigurable, beyond her condensing her soul silk into matter. At present she's essentially a genetically rewritten human psychologically conditioned with additional nanomachine control in her brain and body. With her enlarged bosom, I found the disguise a bit of a stretch, but whatever it was the work was hot so idm.
