Honestly, with literal years having passed since the second (And much better drawn) one of Omodume's SAO Harem doujins was translated, I had already assumed the first one would never get translated, but EHcove is always bringing pleasant surprises! (Now, if only the last one, which also is arguably the best-drawn and more dynamic one, hadn't gone down the route it did, I would also be hoping it got translated...)
