It sucks that the art is great and so are the designs and the wisps of lore, because otherwise the story is retarded and all over the place. The author should have made a manga oneshot with a more coherent plot rather than "and then MC decided he was going to teach this bitch a philosophical life lesson by knocking her up also he's in middle school and also I guess technically she was adopted by his grandfather making her like his aunt and somehow she's unaging or what?". Like it could have just been "dude fucks his dolls" but you hit us with an incoherent plot that leaves more questions than faps.

What's incoherent about the plot? It's fairly easy to understand... 10 years ago, Foa the doll got shot to pieces in battle. Before she shut down completely, she requested MC's grandfather to use her parts to save the life of a 5 year old child that Foa had found in the aftermath of the battle. This child then grew up in the mansion in secret alongside grandfather and the doll maid. There's nothing philosophical about it either; she's not unaging, she's a 15 year old girl with transplanted doll parts. She just happens to think of herself as a doll.

Yeah the plot is far from incoherent. It's just structured a bit awkwardly in how the reveal of the past of the girl happens. The plot itself is very simple. Girl loses limbs. Grandfather uses dying dolls limbs as cybernetics. She starts thinking of herself as a doll and stays with grandfather. Horny grandson shows up after the grandfathers death and gets her pregnant. Very simple.
