The Plot where the demon lord actually the human creator is pretty interesting.
The rest is pretty much cucking and typical mindbreak.

The hero sadly used heroic cue instead of philosophy.
I mean he technically met his own creator which unlocks more possibilities than just trying to differentiate between good and bad.

I mean why not? Humans aren’t exactly the image of a perfect species by a long shot and I’d hazard a guess to say that if a creator of humans did exist we’d probably be classified under colossal failure. Shitty stats (compared to even animals), the int is higher than animals (usually) but way too many are massive idiots that can’t be assed to use their brains, way too many character flaws to count, fatally weak to diseases, radiation, poison, and almost everything under the sun (sun included) is probably able to kill us. Like if humans were created, the creator is either really shitty at creating things or was drunk and high as hell when we were made. So it makes sense why a creator would want to wipe us out.

I read a manga that did that kind of thing. Sadly it stopped being translated and never got picked up by the english market as far as I knew. The dark demon lord arises and the world sends virgin sacrifices in fear as heroes gather. Thing is said demon lord just wants to help to fulfil the wish of a woman he loved long ago. So he takes the virgin sacrifces and makes them the rulers the new kingdom that's a semi-democracy and largely ignores the heroes till they arrograntly shove peasants away from them then proceeds to kick their ass and throw them off his island because they aren't worth to defeat him. He's not humanities creator but he's only considered evil because he's trying to create a better world that upsets the existing order.

Imagine that you create humans, then go around creating monsters and demons because that's how an ecosystem should thrive, with competition and natural means of culling numbers. Then the humans you created start calling you evil, demonize you and start fucking up your work.

Of course you'd get annoyed and want to redo the whole thing.
