It's not enough to level the blacks on the scans. You also have to level the whites as well. Takane's skin and blond hair have grey noise all around them, as well as inside the bubbles. I can even see where you used a white brush to erase your bubbles, when leveling the whites would get rid of them entirely. If you're going to be charging $1.20 a page, your work needs to reflect that. Fix your white levels as well, because your white brush strokes shouldn't be visible at all (from page 3, with the grey level turned up all the way):
