Even if that were not the case, afaik, there are actually multiple copies of the same persons in the Nier universe anyway. Artist can just handwave it and say "It's the Kaine that doesn't have a dick". Strangely enough, such a Kaine existed in the game.

Here's my argument: Why bother making porn of Kaine if she doesn't have a dick in it? If you don't like that Kaine has a dick, if that gets in the way of you being sexually attracted to her, then you don't like her sexually and should just draw someone else.
