I love the format and the quality is above average. But I got to say my biggest complaint is that the protagonist is supposed to be young yet looks quite old. We get introduced to her mother and they look the same age...

That was something I could have attempted to do, though my efforts were focused elsewhere. Ayyla is nearly 21 years old now and since the series progresses through the years at a fast rate I'd figured certain details could be glazed over.
