If I may critique the translation, I don't think you should put "LOLOLOL" to indicate laughter, and certainly not in every other text bubble. Putting "ha ha" or "(laugh)" would be better.

Then andou should have used different text here and not "www" which is estentially the Japanese equivalent in text slang for "lololol" and indicates the character is directly saying the slang term out loud rather than actually laughing. Furthermore, the setting for this manga is the heroine being a streamer so it makes the most sense to translate it to "lololol" as "www" is commonly used in japanese streams (The w stands for warau 笑う, which means "to laugh" in Japanese and serves the same purpose as lol for "to laugh out loud" in chat text), and her "fans" would use the same slang directly in words instead of actually laughing; especially considering the general way of expresson in this work.
I appriciate the feedback, but I didn't translate it as "lololol" or "lol" without putting thought and context into it.

I think it's because you're technically not supposed to depict minors even in japan, they just don't care enough to do anything if you go "hey man, an 8 or 9 could go where that circle is you don't know!".

That, or it's for the same reason they censor out parts of words like "chinpo" and "manko"(cock and pussy): I believe that's because it sounds more dirty and wrong if part of it's cut out, highlighting how wrong it's meant to feel to say and hear them.

If all of their dicks are meant to be around 30cm long, roughly 1 foot, then Konata must be like 3 feet tall in this. Pretty much every scene with her up against one of the dicks makes them look like they're as long as her entire torso is.
Then in other scenes they look like they're as long as she is tall from the waist up, which would make her closer to 2 feet tall, which would bring into question-
I think I'm looking too much into artistic inconsistency .
