Hi, I'm the editor for this project. Let me clear things up for you.

First, here's the other translated gallery you're talking about by DKKMD Translations: https://e-hentai.org/g/1832529/06ecdb16c5/ Open it up on a separate tab and go to page 3. Do the same for this one. Flip back and forth between the two. The differences in visual quality should be immediately apparent.

If that's not enough, look at the shape of the bubbles themselves. Every page with speech bubbles have differently-shaped bubbles between the two versions. This is explained in the author's afterword on page 10: "...if you compare this version to the previous editions, you'll find that the text has been made larger to make it easier to read!"

Why are the raws different but the translations the exact same? That's because both versions use the same script by the same translator, Nomake Wan. It just happens that this gallery was uploaded by the translator themselves. DKKMD used the script on a physical scan, we used the script on digitals. Aside from that, the other differences are that in this translation, every SFX has also been fully redrawn and typeset.

So, yes. This upload is different. Script is the same, but the base images are different. Typesetting + redrawing is different too.
