@redbone She does look familiar cause I remembered searching characters that wore big hats and I got Cyber-6, Madame Mirage, Carmen Sandiego 90's which is the one I grew up with. There was no reboot of Carmen when I did the search several years ago. It's like there is a pattern once a decade they try to make another female character wear a big hat. I forgot the one pure vampire Alcina doesn't hold a candle to Dana Ananga Jagannatha her character existed before Alcina.
