not all, but many. Simply there are people who fap to words/endless teasing and people who fap to action/sexual intercourse with proper texting (not too long, not too short and most of all - kinky). Also it's easier for them as they don't have to think about new main plot (everybody want to be original lol - just rip from hentai as 90% of plots already were made originally there) - they can just endlessly drag the same and give readers blue balls. Personally I don't support financially artists who mostly tease viewers.
