To preface, I only read the last 5 pages and skimmed the first couple. Also, my Japanese is pretty basic understanding, so take what I say with a grain of salt (helps that this mangaka includes furigana for a lot of the kanji I don't know).

Slight synopsis:

MC has an NTR fetish that he's heard called a "curse" because you can't really get rid of it. Real sex isn't doing it for him, so he asks his wife to bang another guy for him. She agrees after they find a dude, then leaves to bang the guy they agreed on for a night and returns home the next day saying it felt great, and then gave MC a thumb drive of all that ensued. MC gets increasingly agitated at how turned on he is throughout it, and eventually comes to the realization when it finishes that he doesn't want it to happen again. He apologizes profusely to his wife and says he'll delete the video, who forgives him and says she wouldn't be able to keep up with the dude's libido anyway (apparently, the bull's wife also left him due to his crazy high libido, if i read that part correctly). All is good and well, happy ending... except MC still has his NTR fetish (he agrees it's more of a curse at this point), and actually saved a backup of the tape. So he goes to a net cafe once a week to rewatch the vid and jerk off before going home to live happily with his wife again.

Again, my Japanese isn't great, but I believe the above should all be correct.

One thing that should be noted is that the old guy who is cucking the couple keeps thinking things like "I'll make her mine". He asks her multiple times during sex the usual questions: "Who is better, your husband or me? Who is bigger?" etc.

This is very different from the usual Iris Art hentai. This author usually makes some fucked up, sad stories. This one almost has a "happy ending", at least superficially.

Still, I'd argue that by the end, the guy did make her his, since she was okay with him cumming inside of her. If I were to imagine the aftermath for this story, it'd be the clichéd "Guy calls wife behind husband's back, she refuses at first but ends up having an affair with him". The guy is depicted as being so absolutely better than the husband at sex that it's hard to imagine the wife not going back to him eventually.
