I did not cut off anything and I wasn't aware of that actually. If you check the FANBOX post that's how it was posted. So it was cut out from the official translation. I assume the translator is in a country where it would cause legal issues.

If someone feels like restoring and translating the bottom panel by all means go ahead. Unfortunately I can't read Japanese.
