Can anyone explain to me how my uploads of melkor's work is forbidden but others aren't? Just recently learned that his artwork shouldn't be uploaded, yet there are other uploads that aren't forbidden... Just want to know so I don't do it again

One reason is that some uploaders get blocked by people who don't like what they upload, that can lead to people who would normally report galleries not seeing those galleries that are forbidden content. No system is perfect.
