i can think of 3 possible reason,
1. She might have abortion during the time jump/lapse (not my cup of tea and she doesn't seems to be smart to know about it but i don't know).
2. The author retcon her pregnancy just to continue the story and save it for the later chapter.
3. What @H0r0 said, miscarriage but won't people found out if she bleed profusely from her vagina unless it is in early stage of pregnancy.

There is a fourth and recent chapter in this story in Grape vol.88 and she is not visibly pregnant there either, so either the author does not want to go down that route or he is keeping the option open for later.
