Only the first page is by Nanashi. Nanashi only ever drew one page of the comic. Someone on the Gurochan image board liked Nanashi's initial page and commissioned an artist to do a fan continuation. However, the fan continuation is likewise incomplete. The pages you see here are as far as the fan continuation progressed.
