I don't thinkl I will ever understand your groups scaling habits. You downscale a perfectly fine 6K raw to 3.5K vertikal like for this doujinshi while you upscale a shit 1.5K RAW to 4.6K vertikal res like in here https://e-hentai.org/g/1936955/ca009b7e1d/ .
For this work you probably wanted to save MBs (????) I'll tell you some secrets of working with 6k RAWs. If you have crispy clear 6k RAWs like the one for this (found here: https://e-hentai.org/g/1841980/8f6e566414/ ) Don't downscale them to save MBs just save them as grayscale pngs. The chances are very good that they turn out much smaller than you think. Tested it with the RAW for page 2 and converted it from jpg to png and it shrunk from 7,78 MB to 3,28 MB. Assuming a similar rate of compression for the rest of the BW images this whole doujinshi would probably just 10-20 MBs larger with images kept at original size and saved as grascale pngs.

Want another example? Look at this re-edit done by me https://e-hentai.org/g/1308313/2cd98afe78/ the images are at full 4299 x 6071 saved as grayscale png while the original found here https://e-hentai.org/g/1163667/7b3ac89466/ was reduced to 1275 x 1800 saved as jpg the re-edit at full res is still about 20 MBs smaller than the original despite the huge difference in resolution.
