Honestly I wasn't too sure on what to go by, because the raw isn't tagged as futanari when there are a few pages of it. I went and copied the RAW's tags and added the futanari one, and figured the other votes would decide what to tag it with.

I've seen it tagged as both in cases like this when both does happen
So say, if there's multiple pages when it's purely a yuri pairing, but then later on one girl grows a dick and then it turns into a futa pairing, you'll see it get both the yuri and futa tag.
