Well, there's a lot going on. First of all, Reimu is Youmu's toilet now, not Marisa's. So that might have prompted it. But more importantly, in page 31 she tells reimu (or thinks to herself?) that she's going to kill everyone important to her out of jealousy. Pay attention to her fingers in that page, and to her finger in pages 37-38.

You got the fingers the wrong way round, it's Reimu pointing her middle fingers at Youmu in pg 31. You can see that from the fact that the wrists have Reimu's wristbands on while Youmu's are bare, and also directly on that very same page in the panel second from the top-left. I had been assuming it was Reimu thinking the "I'll kill you" thoughts in that panel due to her middle fingers and her rightful anger at Youmu, but I suppose you might be right in that it could be Youmu's thoughts.

Agree with the "Reimu is Youmu's toilet now, not Marisa's. So that might have prompted it." part though, already said as much in the last part of my first post.
