She uses editing software to create the persona of Coconut Kitty from her own real life photo's, so most of them are just her, but heavily edited especially in the facial area. In other words, the girl in these photo's doesn't exist. As far as i can tell, the original author (Diana Deets) is not/has not had any surgery done to change her looks eithr to this or to something else.
