The phrasing feels off. I'm not sure how much editing can be done while staying true to the original intent but it feels like it could be rewritten to be much better. Maybe there's also a problem with the JAP version itself.

It's just feels a little weird. That guy still call him Abrahim for a while and at the very end he/she change to Abrahel. So some of the male consciousness still remains. I kind of compare it to sex change operations in the real world, but this is more...sophisticated perhaps? Imagine dating a girl only to find out she was once a male, but now the she version is very sexy.

Maybe if it just accept it as a truly fundamental change as a female can bear children, and a succubus that can suck life.
