so far what i gather is steve impregnated lois with meg and lois didnt return to peter because she was satisfied by another man but that man leaves before she recovers so she swears off men and because steve never finished with francine she got annoyed and decided to stick to girls... eventually the 2 meet marry and get a sperm donor which would be stan and steve is born into this alternate world where his mom is a lesbian
