Honestly? Because I did the translation and edit on the magazine source first, before the tank source came out. Then I decided that I wanted to do the first chapters and release them in order, and by the time I got around to that the tank was out.

I didn't feel like going back and re-editing the final chapter for something that isn't a big deal for me personally, but if someone else wants to transfer the translation onto the tank scans they're more than welcome to.
