What anime, manga, or major game is this blue-haired twin-tail long-haired angel from? The angeloid Nymph from Sora No Otoshimono has long blue hair and twintails. Angeloids don't always wear collars in the anime, but if the cosplayer does _not_ claim she is Nymph, then she probably is a generic angel character. For us to claim she is Nymph is putting words in the cosplayer's mouth.
