Yes, the MC has faults of his own, but there is no denying that the brothers were acting like dicks. Same goes for the girls who (in the first chapter) were just using the MC as a tool to meet the older brother. Look, it's one thing for the brothers and the girls to decide who they date and have sex with, but they could at least have tried not to be so in his face about it. Especially the brothers, who actively seemed to go out of their way to spite the guy.

If this gets another part, then it might actually turn into something very dark considering how mentally broken MC is.

She wasn't his gf, but she was his crush and his friend, i.e. he was emotionally invested in her, and then she was taken away, crushing the image he had of her.

@plsc2 The whole point here is that he got hurt by how much of a slut this girl he had a crush on actually was. It's kind of the whole point of ntr - one guy idealizes a girl, respects and loves her, another guy just uses her for sex and she enjoys it. He did nothing wrong, just acted cautiously like most guys his age. It's normal to try and build a close friendship before proceeding to romance. Way more common and normal than fucking someone when you just met each other.
