I see. Yeah, there is not clear story reason for the change, so what up with that?
If you reeeeeaally want to stretch for a story answer, that does seem to be the moment where she gives into pleasure. And in chapter 2 the black hair one seems to get a lighter shade of black at a similar moment. So maybe?
But it seems fair more likely either they forgot what color the hair was suppose to be (we have no idea the time between the making of pages/projects) or they decided that, that the hair color/manga was taking too long to keep and switched to something less time consuming.
