Enokoro Kurage/NOSA is an Irodori circle/artist, and this will absolutely get nuked soon. If you're wondering why there's virtually no Enokoro Kurage/NOSA doujins on the site (at least in English and Japanese), which contributes to killing their visibility and thus popularity in the west, then read on.

On Takahashi/Irodori Comics are a cancer on not only the scanlation community, but the greater hentai/doujin community as a whole. Currently they are responsible for ~2800 (~1800 unique) DMCAd galleries on E-Hentai. This isn’t motivated by grand principals like "protecting the artists" or whatever pseudo-virtuous values he’s currently espousing, it’s borne out of deep contempt for scanlators and the community they’ve built. The very same community he's currently trying to co-opt and milk for cash, which at the end of the day is all he really cares about. If this was about anything just he’d at least apply the DMCA hammer evenly, but that’s simply not the case.

Take a look at the other aggregator/scraper sites that get their content primarily from E-Hentai. They don’t get the barrage of DMCAs E-Hentai does. Let’s take for example a certain nScraper, which is more popular than E-Hentai by traffic and thus logically should be a higher priority target if the true intention was making sure people are paying to see the artists works. They only get DMCAd when an actual Irodori work is uploaded here and makes it past both Takahashis radar and their own now massively delayed scraper (collusion?). Don’t believe me? Takahashi wishes for nothing more than a monopoly on the Doujin translation market so he can continue filling his own pockets. A place like E-Hentai where someone can still come, collaborate, learn the ins and outs of scanlating and perhaps even pivot into the realm of official translations themselves threatens that hegemony. And so he continues his crusade of grabbing up artists copyrights, DMCAing all the EN/JP galleries, and taking months (if you’re lucky) to produce anything “official” to show for it. They’ve only produced a fraction of the galleries they’ve removed, and that’s including the works translated by Enshodo before Irodori ate them from the inside.

Fuck Irodori Comics and Fuck On Takahashi. If you want to support artists/circles affiliated with Irodori in the west, buy the JP release and pirate the English/western one. This way they still get paid, you get the content and Irodori gets nothing.
