As far as I can tell, the villian's name "Phallus" and the group name "Genocide" was in English even in the original japanese version. So I personally feel its a bit weird seeing it in English surrounded by English. But hey what do I know.

I really like the facial expressions which makes it a big shame they keep hiding the faces with weird masks and helmet (it's always like that with this circle sadly)
