Its a time loop. Lets assume the box label is the *current* time loop for simplicity.

In loop ...071, 071-protagonist discovers a box, opens it to find 070-onahole inside. (we aren't yet aware it is from 070).
071-protagonist reads the label, trapping her in the time loop, also growing a dick/growing erect.
071-protagonist also throws 070-onahole to the floor, and excretes her personality into 071-onahole.

Fade to black. We are in loop 072. But the 071-onahole cannot see this.

The box opens, and 071-onahole sees 072-protagonist stare down at her, and then read the note.
Thrown onto the ground, 071-onahole sees 072-protagonist excrete personality into 072-onahole, which disappears into time-loop 073.
Driven with lust, 072-shell fucks 071-onahole, and then completes the ritual, shoving 071-onahole back up her ass.
071-onahole integrates with 072-shell, and 071/072-protagonist "wake up".

If we follow the time-loop, 073-protagonist discovers a box, finding 072-onahole inside...
This loop has repeated over 45 million times.

Without a ENG TL/TN, I can only theorize that the "wake up" is either:

• (x/x+1)-protagonist is looped/"wakes up" as x+2 without any memories, and discover the box. Thus their onahole and protagonist versions are "leapfrogging" each other. One is always on the even-loop, the other on the odd-loop.

• (x/x+1)-protagonist continue their life as normal, but x-onahole always inhabits a x+1-shell.

Damn I love a good, interesting timeloop.
